SOLUTION TO LEGAL CASES
& DISPUTES IN INDIA
In INDIA, winning thru'
legal battles is all uncertain and time consuming. A legal
case goes up to Supreme Court and in its manifestations, new
cases & bitterness grow. In our opinion, it is a never
ending process among the human beings. However, if a case is
already placed or filed in any Court in India, it is to be
cautiously attended and/or fought, for fear of any 100% odd
decision to come and attempt to get rid of a legal case as
early as possible.
MEDIATION is a new concept of
solution to legal cases; it is yet to come in India & to
be widely accepted. The reason being, the advisors (advocates)
have not adopted it as their point of profession and on the
other hand, people of India, in general, have not learnt about
the real value of their precious time being lost during the
litigation period. The term "MEDIATION" is in other word,
another name of sacrifice, where both the parties have
to sacrifice some of their interest, rights, etc., in
order to re-unite and/or do the handshake again and for a long
time to work unitedly and rejoice together.
