The matters which human beings are likely to

document in writing. Documentation is not a modern concept. In
ancient India, business were not in documentary form. From the
British period, gradually came the era of Deeds and Documents.
A document stands like a mirror wherein you can peep in to
assess the desire and intent of the executors. A systematic
documentation is definitely an indication of social
advancement.
In India, the practicing documents are :-

Deeds relating to Immovable Property, such as
Conveyance, Mortgage, Lease, Gift, Trust, Partition,
Development, Ownership, Tenancy, Leave & License,
Easement, etc.

Foreign Collaboration Agreements are much
different in its form, as these are between Government
Authority and the party - NRI, PIO or MNC. These Agreements
can be based on Research, Technology Transfer, Foreign
